Note: Before you power on your first headset, make sure you have set up your school in the Veative Learn Platform.


If you have purchased a Veative EduPro headset, your Veative School Account Admin should have received an email containing an Account ID and PIN.  If your Veative School Account Admin hasn't received the email, please contact us by clicking New Support Ticket at the top of this page.  




Before you set up a headset, you must make sure you have set up your school account and at least one student user, as you will need this to log into your headset.  If you haven't set up your school account, use this Quick Start Guide to do so before continuing.  


With the Account ID and PIN handy, power on the headset and wait for the Veative App to launch.  


Use the touchpad on the headset to tap Proceed after reviewing the guidelines for using the app.


Next, pair the Bluetooth controller with the headset.  Tap the controller icon to the right and follow the prompts.



In order to be activated, the headset must be connected to the internet via your Wi-Fi network.  If you haven't connected already, you can click on the Wi-Fi icon to the right.



Once you are connected to Wi-Fi, enter the Account ID and PIN.  After a few seconds, you should be prompted to choose a license.  If you have multiple licenses available, use the arrows to move between licenses, and then click Add below to assign the device to that license.



Your school’s account information will be synced with the headset, which can take a few minutes.  Once that is complete, you should see the main menu and the headset is ready to be used!


If you have other licenses available, you can add those additional licenses.
